Zara Phillips and boyfriend Mike Tindall made a splash in Monte Carlo this week, as rugby star Mike participated in a charity poker tournament.
A Mail staff reporter writes, “Miss Phillips, 27, was in Monte Carlo to support her rugby player boyfriend Mike Tindall, who was competing in the Ante Up For Africa contest. While he put on his best Bond poker face to play celebrities such as TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher, ex-footballer Teddy Sheringham and American rapper Nelly, Miss Phillips socialised in the VIP seats and enjoyed the free champagne.”

Hola! magazine reports that Infanta Cristina of Spain and her husband, Iñaki Urdangarin, Duke of Palma, are planning a stateside move. According to the magazine, Iñaki has been offered a job in Washington, and the whole family will be relocating from Barcelona to the American capital for the next two years.
The couple reportedly has permission to move from Cristina’s father, King Juan Carlos. Some suggest that the most likely place for their new home is Georgetown, an area near Washington already familiar to the Spanish royal family. Both Cristina’s younger brother, Prince Felipe, and their cousin, Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece, attended Georgetown University.
The family, which includes sons Juan Valentin, Miguel, and Pablo Nicolas, and daughter Irene, will reportedly relocate to their new American home after their traditional summer vacation at Palma de Mallorca.
Katie Nicholl at the Mail on Sunday writes that Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy nearly had a close encounter while out clubbing separately in London this weekend.
Nicholl explains, “The pair, who separated three months ago, were partying within a mile of each other into the early hours of yesterday. Miss Davy, 24, made an appearance at new Chelsea venue Jalouse at about 11pm on Friday, before moving on at 1am to the Raffles Townhouse private members’ club in Knightsbridge. Meanwhile, just a few minutes’ walk away, Harry, 25, and friends including Guy Pelly were at Kitts nightclub in Chelsea.”
